We in the water sport industry love to be in or on the water. We believe swimming is a clean and healthy family entertainment and we plan to provide educational resources to help keep it that way.
At Jo's Delta Cottage we not only provide lodging, we live on the water as well. Our friends and family visit and use the Delta river system and we want to keep it safe for everyone.
The California Spa and Pool Industry Education Council (SPEC), is a statewide umbrella non-profit trade association. SPEC promotes the industry while it educates the spa and swimming pool-owning public, local and state regulatory and legislative bodies on critical issues such as the following: 1. Water and energy conservation 2. Water safety and child drowning prevention 3. Consumer protection 4. Unlicensed contractor abatement
